Cari was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and patient as I worked out the details of the private session. She led a yoga session focused on relaxation and stretching that was perfect for our small group. We all felt incredibly refreshed and ready for the day after our morning yoga session.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will set up a package depending on your goals and how often you want to practice yoga.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will chat before our first session on your goals and after our first yoga session I can write a program for you. We can use Facetime/Skype/Zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught over 1500 hours of yoga and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training along with an additional Yoga for Cancer training. My certificate is in my photos. My training never stops, & I am constantly learning.
