Hello, I'm Dee and I am a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher offering online and in-person yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for corporate, community and private group events. Dee has been wonderful to work with! She provided a great beginners practice to a group of individuals, some of whom had never taken yoga before.
