- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on industry standards but can be adjusted to accommodate any needs you may have. Obviously, the more time that is required, the higher the fee. However, I will gladly work with you on whatever special needs you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more I can learn about your unique circumstances and your likes and dislikes, the better I can perform for you. We start with a telephone interview and can meet in person if required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While my education and background is largely in the business world, I have personally practiced and studied spirituality, meditation, world religions and I have called upon my life experiences as an athlete as well as my unique personal situation, which includes some tragic losses over the years.
