Charles did a great job taking out the mold and even removed the tub for no charge. Because of him, we discovered the subfloor needed to be replaced as well. Awesome job!

We had a burst pipe and large water leak and Charles from The Flood Team showed up within an hour of our call. He was great and explained everything thoroughly and communicated throughout the process. He's also very familiar with insurance claims, so we didn't even need to pay anything up front. Highly recommend if you have any flooding or water damage!
