Our pricing is tailored based on the event size, duration, and location to ensure the best value for our clients. We offer competitive rates and custom packages for longterm partnerships. For private events, we provide flat-rate and per-vehicle pricing options. If you need valet service for multipe events, we can discuss discounted rates for ongoing bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation – We discuss your event or business needs, location, expected guest count, and any special requests. Customized Proposal – We provide a tailored valet service plan, including pricing and logistics. Site Visit (if needed) – For larger events or long-term contracts, we assess the venue to plan the best parking flow. Service Execution – Our professional team arrives early, sets up, and ensures a seamless parking experience. Follow-up & Feedback – After the event, we check in to ensure satisfaction and discuss improvements for future service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of hands-on experience in the valet and hospitality industry, managing valet services for restaurants, hotels, private events, and hospitals. Over the years, I’ve trained and led valet teams in high-traffic environments, developing expertise in guest service, parking logistics, and safety protocols. Additionally, I ensure my team is trained in vehicle handling, customer service, and risk management to maintain the highest standards.
