He mounted 3 different TVs for me. He did an exceptional job for me. He installed a TV above firewall, fished wires, moved electrical outlet and hooked up Soundbar/Apple TV. He is fast, does a great job and cleans up after the work is done. His price is fair. I plan to use him for all my future needs.

Christian was very punctual. He was very polite. He put my TV up with the with professionalism. He showed me how to work my TV and he also looked at some of my electrical outlets which I was very surprised and he was telling me what was wrong with my electrical outlets and didn’t charge me at all. There no way there is anyone better to mount a TV in the metro Atlanta area. Christian is outstanding. He communicated often and ensured promptness. He is highly skilled and efficient. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any TV from a 32"-80" we charge $75 to mount. Wire conceal/power bridge inside walls $55. If we are to supply our own mount it is an additional $45
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them all the things they want done, work out and agree on a price, set up a time and date to do project, call prior to showing up, finish project and before I leave make sure client is happy with my work, receive payment.
