Hans from Grout Medic of Decatur came out to fix some broken tiles in my shower. The job he did was immaculate! My shower looks brand new again, perfect tile placing and the grout was a perfect match. Will definitely be hiring them again for any future tile jobs.

We had a great experience with Grout medic. After noticing some cracks in the tiles on our shower floor, we knew we had the get the situation assessed. Fisayo gave us a free assessment and quote, clearly explaining what needed to be done and why. It was determined that we needed to replace our med bed and the tiles on our shower floor. Fisayo told us exactly what kind of tiles would work best and recommended some vendors. After we received the tiles, his technician did great, efficient work for us over two days removing the current mud bed and tiles and replacing them. Fisayo called us both days after the technician left to make sure we were happy with the work being done, and he came by after the job was completed to make sure the work was up to Grout Medic’s standards. Not only was the work great, Fisayo was extremely easy to communicate with. He accommodated changing schedules and was happy to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be using Grout Medic again!

The whole experience was easy and stress-free, from the visit for the estimate to the actual work. Hans Martinez did my grout and caulking work in my bathroom and did a great job. I will be referring my friends to the Grout Medic of Decatur and Hans!
