Kevin made the process easy and was very thorough. He sat down and reviewed inspectors report of what we needed to get our building CO. The foreman Luis started the next Monday, he was extremely easy to deal with and handled all of my requests in a timely and thoughtful manner. Onsite pre-inspections were a breeze and informative. The company does a fantastic job in guiding you through the whole process and what to expect each step of the job. On site crews were extremely friendly and very professional. Each day they cleaned the area as if they weren't there the whole day. Each and every point of contact from the sales rep, project coordinator to the installers was fantastic. The owner Benjamin even stopped by to check during the replacement process, and you can tell they take pride in their people and it shows in how they interact with you. The quality of detail of the new roof installed was fantastic. The final bill was as expected. I would highly recommend Flat Roofing Masters.

Best experience! From scheduling to building! Promise Roofing was so easy to work with AND reasonably priced! Ben gave me a clear estimate and started working that week! I couldnt believe how quickly the work was completed. They also did an impeccable job cleaning up each day. They had to coordinate with our facility manager and we were on a timed schedule and they worked it all out on a reduced time due to workers at our plant. Thanks and will reach again if we need anything.

US Roof and Repair is fantastic! When others couldnt get the coverage I needed from insurance they got it done! It was impressive from start to finish. The planning and execution was top notch.
