FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first resort is to get your Homeowners Insurance Carrier to cover the cost of replacing your roof, in which case you'll only be responsible for your deductible. Some roofers will "waive your deductible," but that's actually insurance fraud (both by the roofer and the homeowner!)...I'll bet they didn't tell you that when they offered to waive it! Instead, we offer a variety of payment plan options for your deductible. In the event that roof is not covered under your homeowners insurance, we will give you our PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. We can also offer payment plans as low as $75 per month for out-of-pocket jobs that aren't covered by insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to provide a great experience for our customers without wasting any of their time, so we follow this system that insures we use less than 1 hour of your time: 1. Intro Call/Schedule Free Consultation with a Restoration Specialist (5 min) 2. We provide you some info on what to expect at the consultation. (5 min) 3. Your Restoration Specialist conducts a full inspection and reports back to you with their findings. (20-30 mins) 4. Your Restoration Specialist will walk you through the financial options that are at your disposal and you'll decide what you would like to do. (10 min)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We love to make sure our customers understand the value we're providing, because we do things that aren't common in the industry. For instance, your Restoration Specialist will walk you through the composition of your roof at the consultation and make sure you understand exactly where each component of your roof stands. In addition, we'll educate you on the different types of shingles that exist and why we choose to upgrade all of our customers free of charge.
