- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three package options: 1. Resume and Cover Letter: $240.00 for a complete redo of a resume and cover letter. This includes multiple revisions and creating a resume that will truly meet all of your needs. 2. Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn (most popular): $300.00 for a complete redo of a resume and cover letter. Also includes revision, customization, and optimization of the LinkedIn. 3. Resume Only: $200.00 for a complete redo of a resume including multiple revisions! The complete package includes the services below and is $650.00. Each additional service can be purchased individually or added on the to previous package options. Additional services include: - 2 hours of interview prep & coaching - Bios - Reference - Thank You Letters
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a 10-minute consultation to learn more about you resume needs. Once confirmed, we identify the best day and time to begin the first session. You will then send your resume to my email and the deposit to secure your session. From there we will complete the package you choose typically in 4 hours. Once the project is complete, you will send the final payment.
