Introduction

Art is timeless. I love painting for my customers! My specialty is drawing and painting lifelike portraits.... there is just something creatively special about them that a simple photo cannot capture. I also love teaching painting and drawing techniques and methods to improve your skills or hone your craft! I work directly from a photo(s) bringing each intricate detail of that photo(s) to life on a canvas. I use a mix medium of oil and acrylic paint and specialize in layer building to create depth and realism. I can paint dogs, cats, landscapes, pretty much anything you want. These paintings are very personal and heartfelt to my clients and truly can be a life changing experience when you see them hanging on your wall or painted directly on your wall.

Angel was exceptional from the initial contact through the completion of the work!!!! She replied to us immediately and was so easy to communicate with. She asked questions to clarify what we were expecting and exceeded all of our expectations. Angel was so flexible. We were not able to start our project as quickly as we originally planned but Angel was patient with us and delivered immediately when we were ready. I would recommend Angel to anyone having a need for an artist, a portrait, a mural, etc!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three size canvases 11 x 14 16 x 20 and 18 x 24. My affordable pricing are based on canvases size and the detail of painting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very fun and casual. For custom oil painting orders I like to discuss your vision so I can get a clear concept of what needs to be conveyed on canvas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied drawing and painting at the University of Missouri Kansas City, but I am primarily self taught. I've always been artistic and love creating art for people.
