We worked with Michael as our lead, and he did a great job being very punctual and explaining the process. Unlike the prior contractors we worked with, he made everything very concise and set a plan in motion immediately. He worked with our insurance to make sure we didn’t have anything out of pocket to pay. He worked with our schedule. And got everything done (including completely taking down the drywall and clearing out the mold from two walls and two ceilings) in a little over a week. The literal only downside was that they didn’t clean up as well as I would’ve liked, but he offered to have them come out and clean again when I told him. But I’d already done it by then. All in all, highly recommend.

Pure Home was an absolute gem for me. As an investor they will be one of the first checks I scratch when I aquire my next flip.
