We provide same day rent collection and processing, diligent repair follow up, and lease re-negotiations while keeping your property turn-key ready to maximize income.
We charge a flat fee without markups. Our property management is 175 per month per unit. ( no matter the rental income) This includes rent collection, notices, coordination. there is a tenant placement fee if the unit is or becomes vacant of 1300.
Tenant placement includes professional property photos, scheduling showings, application process, tenant screening and lease generation.
