I am the Broker/Owner of JorJa Peach Realty & Property Management, LLC. I have been in real estate for a total of 19 years, 17 of which have been focused on Property Management. I have a B.B.A in Management, and have several designations that help me be the best Property Manager I can be. I am also an investor myself, so after managing my own properties throughout the years, I have become very knowledgable & experienced in handling your asset. From small repairs to large renovations, I have a whole team of people behind me so your home is treated like royalty. I do not manage vacation homes/short term rentals, group homes, only corporate/long term rentals (30 days or longer).

I can’t say enough great things about Aneetra and Jorja Peach Realty. She is a solid Property Manager. She handles all issues swiftly, efficiently and with the utmost level of care possible. I sleep well at night knowing that Aneetra is managing my property. She informs me of things I need to know when I need to know them. I receive monthly and annual statements. I wish I had 10 more properties in the Greater Atlanta area just so that she could manage them for me 😉.

I have worked with Jorja Peach as a buyer and rental owner, since 2019. I have purchased two properties using Jorja as my agent, and have one rental property which they manage. At all times the service is impeccable. They are always on top of any issues at my property and see to it that problems are fixed quickly and at a fair price. They get tenants in very quickly, but vet effectively, so I have never had any problems with tenants. On the purchase side of things, they always keep me apprised of any deadlines or action items needed from me, so that the transactions have gone very smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about Jorja Peach Realty and Property Management. I feel very fortunate to work with them.
