My name is Gianina “Nina” Martin and I am the principal property manager and broker. We are an excellent, fair, hardworking, professional, detailed, knowledgeable, well respected property management company that offer real estate and property preservation services as well. We have been in the property management business since 2001 and incorporated since 2007. Our team members have a passion and the knowledge to succeed in property management and to assist you with your property management, real estate needs, and tenant finding services. We have services and are a licensed broker in several states, so if you have properties that need to be managed in different states, we are the company for you. We offer tenant finding services together with our spectacular property management services or tenant finding services individually. Our entire staff has completed various property management training seminars, briefings and workshops to stay up to date with the latest law changes, technology and methods.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go and see each property in person and talk with my owners in regards to the property and their expectations…we set goals and I get to work. I am result driven.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering so rehab and repairs are my first love. I was into project management that developed into property management. I am a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Florida, Georgia and soon to be Texas.
