Our fee structure is designed for transparency and simplicity. Please see our standard rates below:
*Management Fee: 8% of the monthly rent collected.
*Renewal Lease Fee: $299 per renewal lease. Our standard practice involves an increase of 5% or above, given a retention rate exceeding 80%.
*Leasing Fee: 50% of one month's rent.
