Pricing is determined upon consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do a virtual or onsite visit of your home to determine how and if it should be listed on a rental site. We can generally give an estimate on that same day. We will do a market analysis to determine the nightly rental rate and any fees associated with listing your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We became an Airbnb host in 2017 in California and have had stellar reviews since then. We became Super Hosts 3 months after listing our first property and added a second property in downtown LA shortly thereafter. We love everything real estate, home decor, and interior design and we pour our heart and soul into making short term rentals the perfect home away from home for all of our guests.
