I usually work on a fixed fee based for Estate Planning and Elder Law and an hourly fee for some Elder Law matters and Probate.

Background intake prior to an appointment. Consultation to discuss family and assets. Provide a price quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (“CELA”) by the National Elder Law Foundation. The National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) is the only national organization accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) to certify practitioners of elder and special needs law. There are slightly over 500 CELAs across the entire country and only 12 in the State of Georgia.
