Wise Wash Paint & Stain representative responded to my request immediately. Although I provided photos, the rep came to my home to confirm the request. I appreciated the feedback on the process and their availability to do the work over the holiday. The deck stain was completed in 24 hours. The technician was professional and did a great job. A few days later the technician completed the fence stain job. She was professional and did a great job. I appreciate the invoice process and ability to text questions and inquiries. My only recommendation is communication reminders at least 24 hours prior to doing the job. Otherwise I would recommend this service.

Justin reached out quickly after my request for a pro and was willing to take as much time as I needed to get my questions answered, even after I told him I was still taking quotes from other vendors. He was patient and responded to all my texts (and there are plenty) about questions that came up, including clarifying questions I had about how some project changes could affect pricing. His prices were fair and although not the cheapest, he was very professiona. I felt confident in his work after speaking to him and seeing other reviews. He came the next day to look at the job and get measurement and make sure the paint he was getting was the correct shade. He arrived at the agreed upon day and time to complete the project. He and his team did quality work, and I am looking forward to using his services again in the future!

As soon as I submitted for a quote, WiseWash answered quickly and professionally. I didn't know the exact dimensions of my fence however they were able to quote me by measuring the dimensions of my fence via Google Earth. Once I accepted the quote they were able to have someone on site the day of to wash/prep my fence for staining. The employee, Joey was very kind and professional. The next day Joey was back out with another person and they began staining my fence. Joey was very communicative about what he was doing and advised me about potential issues (there were a few shrubs/dead dead foliage that I needed to clear. Joey came back out and finished the job on the third day and fence looks great. Night and day difference. There were, however a couple of issues. The first minor issue was that the hardware on the fence was initially painted over (the latch, etc) but once I brought this to their attention, they were able to clean the paint off and make it look good as new. The second and final issue was that I was charged $80 more than I was quoted (after specifically asking if the price I was quoted was the all inclusive "out the door price" and had it confirmed) this was because they needed more stain than they originally thought. At the end of the day, considering what it cost to have a fence stained, $80 more is a drop In the bucket...however it was more the "principle" of not keeping one's word that I found upsetting. All things considered, they did a great job and I'm happy with the final result. But you may have to pay more than what you were quoted.
