UPDATE 2024 we have seen an increase in calls due to homeowner's receiving letters from their insurance companies to get their roof cleaned. YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW ROOF. 98% of the time if you are getting this letter because the algae and mold or black streaks on your roof will eventually grow through your shingles. The roof clean will preserve the life of your roof as well as rid of the algae and mold causing the deterioration of your shingles. Roof cleaning is our specialty, but we also do house washes as well as pressure washing of flat surfaces. We are FIVE stars all the way. I was really happy with the roof cleaning job that we had Roof Brite perform. Very thorough, showed up when they said they would, and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. Upon completion of the work, they quoted me reasonably for additional pressure washing of my driveway and patio - which was more than reasonable. I had them do that, too. They will be my first call when I need work done again.

Roof Brite did a fantastic job cleaning our roof, siding and driveway before our move-in date. Super satisfied with the results, especially the driveway which looks sparkling white and brand new! Kevin did an"excellent job!!! His professionalism, transparency and honesty was so helpful! The roof, exterior walls, framing, driveway and sidewalk looks fantastic! He communicated clearly and explained his process in an easy to understand way about the chemicals used and the approach he took to ensure my home would be cleaned and not damaged. We offer fair and competitive pricing. Most times our pricing is below competition as we keep a smaller overhead so that each and every one of our clients is addressed and serviced by the owners themselves.

Typically, the customer reaches out to us and we identify the customers exact needs and the location of the property they want serviced. We then ask for a few minutes to look at the property online if possible and provide our exact pricing and availability. Most commercial jobs require us to come on site for quoting.
