- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
C2 Photo Booth has a 2hr minimum service requirement. We are currently offering a new client discount of $50 dollars off of bookings 4 hours or more. For bookings outside of the Atlanta area we have a travel fee of 0.60/mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to identify the needs of our customer to better serve them and others that will be in attendance at their event. This is achieved by having an open line of communication to ensure the details they desire are met as best as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having experience on both sides of the lense we have acquired the knowledge to meet the needs of our customers.
