- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the month of April I am doing a 10-15% off discount for all new clients when you book with me for more than 2 days. I also do charge a $10 late fee for all dog daycare and overnight stay Late pick-ups
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a meet and great before any service is booked to make sure the dog (s) and I mesh well
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 months of professional experience with my company and I also have owned all types of animals over the years.
