I highly recommend Harmoni !! She is very professional, attentive and super motivating. She is everything I wanted in a trainer. Within a few sessions I saw results in my body tone and an increase in energy level. Harmoni is quiet and soft spoken but she is a beast in knowledge and performance when it comes to diet, exercise and understanding how the body functions. Weight training is her right hand, but nutrition is her left hand, so she gives you a combination of the two that propels you to success. Harmoni is awesome! The pictures should show you everything you need to know. If you’re thinking about getting a personal trainer I definitely recommend Harmoni. She’s knowledgeable in nutrition and in fitness. The gym atmosphere where she trains is just unmatched, everyone is motivated and working hard. It makes you want to go 10x harder. Definitely 10/10 recommend. Just take the leap of faith and do it!
