Every two years I renew my certification, and redo my CPR cert.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Each and every workout are tailored to meet the needs of every client i work with, the workouts include functional and dynamic exercises that challenge my clients but also puts them in a position to progress and better themselves. I always perform an initial fitness assessment with each client that includes body-fat analysis, circumference measurements and a series of exercises to test muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and core strength. I also perform re-assessments every 6-8 weeks to monitor progress.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When Looking for a personal trainer, make sure you ask the right question. 1. Is the trainer educated and does He/She have experience as a trainer? 2. If you're working with a independent personal trainer He/She should carry their own Liability insurance. 4. Read the reviews and do your research on this trainer.
