Coach Kris has been serving within the fitness industry since 2014. He has a strong sports background in Baseball, Football, and Marathon Running. During his career, he has witnessed his clients achieve tremendous growth inside and outside of the gym. His preferred modes of helping clients achieve results include Nutrition Optimization, Supplementation, Advanced Bodyweight Training, Traditional Strenght Training, H.I.I.T, and Kettlebell Training. His mission is to educate and redirect the focus of the industry by creating solutions for those who are struggling to become fit and still need help adapting to a healthy lifestyle.
