My issue started on Monday 7/10 and I submitted my request on 7/11. My AC continued to blow warmer (maybe 78 degrees) air without cycling on/off even though I had the thermostat set to 74 degrees. Energy bill was getting crazy as you can imagine. Bryan responded same day to my project request and communicated his ETA the entire way. Once he got to my house on 7/12, he verified the issues I was having and explained to me what the typical causes might be. He also recommended the steps for preventative care that a homeowner should take to avoid minor issues turning into major ones. I really valued the education so I know what to do in the future As a first time homeowner, there's no handbook on how to take care of your appliances, so this was a eye opener. Bryan tested my capacitor on my condenser unit outside and that was the problem. He also cleaned my condenser coils (I had no idea that needed to be done). If you've ever worked with contractors, Bryan is knowledgable and fair with pricing. My AC is working perfectly now. HIGHLY recommend calling Bryan for your next HVAC repair.
