Introduction
I am looking for serious, coachable and committed individuals who know for sure that they want to workout. I train clients with a straight-forward approch and traditional style, using principles from bodybuilding, power lifting, calisthenics with pilates and yoga. Kettlebells, bands, bodyweight movements, balls, barbells, and dumbbells are all used to burn fat, build muscle tone, strengthen the total body, and condition the core. Good form is paramount. Ladies fear not. You need relative resistance to burn fat. My experience, caring approach, and versatile program make me the best choice for personal training in Atlanta. Reggie's training style is exceptional. My fiancé and I train with Reggie simultaneously, and we both feel well-supported and well-trained. He is always punctual and consistently seeks feedback to ensure we achieve our desired results. Despite having different goals, we are both making significant progress towards our individual objectives, even while training together.

I have known Reggie for many years. I work out with Reggie 2x a week and have been for years. When you go to a session with Reggie, you know you are getting an epic, full body workout! He is know about the human body and what it takes to get the most out of your workout. But what makes Reggie truly special, is his caring nature for your health, safety and what YOU want from your workout. We never worry if Reggie is committed to our best interests! I requested two things: 1) a trainer responsive to my needs (goals and abilities) and 2) a brick house body. Reggie fulfilled the first request from day one, and the way he trains I am confident the second is in the works!! Reggie is SUPER professional and is committed to safety and health first. I appreciate the way he recognizes when I may not be as strong or when I can and should be pushed to the next level of training. He LISTENS even when you don’t think you’re saying anything. He listens to know what is needed for the session and for the journey. I am so grateful to have a trainer who I can truly trust. I literally just do what he tells me to do…effortless (well the process is…the exercises sometimes not so much which is great!) Reggie is a great trainer for those just getting active, getting into shape or (as I intend to prove) getting back into a bikini!! 😁 Thank you Reggie!!
