Bailey is a great trainer. He offers not only a great workout geared towards my body type he also gave me thorough advice on how to eat to lose weight.

Awesome very detailed in making my goal very reasonable and reachable Bailey taught me how to yoga BREATH on a daily basic that now and then it help me lower my blood pressure. Thanks Bailey so much for your Excellent skills

My experience with Bailey as my trainer was very insightful. The training is tough, but he pushes you in a way that you want to go harder, and the results surely paid off. We also did Pilates and meditation , we not only worked outside but we also excercised our inner mind and praticed sculpting my body. He also guided me on my diet and encouraged me to change my eating habits. I would definitely train with him again and would advise anybody else to choose him as a trainer, you would be making a great choice 😃. He is a great person, experienced, and knows what he is doing.
