FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You only pay for labor unless you specifically request previously purchased storage fixtures, bins, and/or cleaning supplies. Any items purchased for the project will be discussed, approved, and paid for before the scheduled job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
---Introduction (by phone and/or in person) 1. learn about client's expectations and needs of project 2. discuss timeframe and priorities ---Project Planning (by email and phone) 3. map out phases of project (include timeline if larger project) 4. level of organization (on a scale of OCD to 'just getting started') 5. discuss pricing + costs (if any) ---Project Execution (onsite) 6. client introduces project (option to leave or stay) 7. priority updates are communicated and project is completed feedback is always welcome and encouraged! before and after photos will be taken and posted on social media outlets (unless opposed by client)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Home Edit - obsessed with their process and theories, but also believe we don't always need the extra 'stuff' (storage bins, labels, dividers, etc.) and will work with client on expectations and pricing.
