- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible to fit your needs. I charge an hourly rate and typically work in focused 2- to 3-hour sessions to make meaningful progress. For clients who prefer ongoing support, I also offer a monthly rate that includes regular sessions to help you stay on track.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by meeting with you to learn about your goals and how you use your space. After we plan the project, I work in 2- to 3-hour sessions to declutter and organize. I like for clients to be involved in the decluttering process so we can decide together what to keep, donate, or throw away. This way, your space works better for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), I am certified as a Household Management Specialist. With over 20 years of experience working with clients, my primary focus is on decluttering. I help you clear out what no longer serves you, creating a more functional, peaceful, and organized space. By letting go of the clutter, we can simplify your daily life and build systems that support your needs and goals.
