Michael is the real deal in a world of pretend lawyers. I am living proof because I hired a “big firm” years ago and the settlement was small. Thank goodness there are lawyers like Michael Gumprecht, or else lawyers would have a worse reputation than they already do. I've dealt with lawyers before and the difference with the Gumprecht law firm is like night and day. I suffered a MAJOR head injury in Carrollton last year and wasn't sure who I should hire. Everyone sounded the same, but Michael was smarter and more attentive than the rest. I went with my gut and hired Michael Gumprecht, because i could tell he would give my case "the edge" that was needed. Smartest decision ever. If you've never hired a lawyer before, trust me you CANNOT do better than this, not even close. I was given quick communication and personal care BY AN ATTORNEY (not a paralegal) who truly cares from start to finish, and of course the financial outcome was incredible for me. Wow! All I can say about Michael Gumprecht is wow wow wow! What an amazing attorney and person! You hear all the time about these huge law firm’s that are supposed to help you with your case and there is no personal experience. You hear about how the clients are left dissatisfied. This is not the case with Michael! He will fight for you! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, his responsiveness and his commitment to his clients. My niece had a horrible accident last year. As I had been her guardian for several years, on the day of her accident I got on the phone and on the Internet searching for a personal injury attorney. Out of all the attorneys to get back to me, Michael was the only one who immediately reached out to me “personally”. He did not respond by text or have a secretary call me or an automated response, it was him. He got on the case immediately and the one thing that he did for us that really speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients is the fact that he just really took care of my niece. He gave her realistic expectations and not false hopes. He delivered on what he said he was going to do! He stood by her every step of the way helping her with everything from guiding her to the right doctors, to helping her replace her lost property and finally settling her case in a timely manner. I won’t go into dollar amounts but let’s just say I’m still in shock. This man did not meet our expectations, he far far exceeded them! He fought for my niece and never let us down! If you are injured you must call this man and the sooner the better. The pictures are what my niece came out of lucky to be alive. I regularly attend continuing legal education courses and have been asked to participate and speak on a panel later this year. I am also now attending courses at The Trial Lawyers College for trial lawyers, where I am working hard to master my skills in front of a jury.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of 20+ medical doctors, including both my grandmother and grandfather. When I began practicing law it didn't take long for me to gravitate toward helping the injured because it was familiar to me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Injury cases involving any type of negligence by another party. This usually involves auto accidents, motorcycle wrecks, trucking accidents, wrongful death, DUI vicitms, dog bites, and unsafe premises cases.
