FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis. We don’t charge you anything upfront, and you pay nothing up front. If we’re able to resolve your case, our fee and expenses are collected from the gross settlement proceeds (i.e. the insurance settlement check). If we don’t win your case, then you pay nothing. Simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new clients, and developing new relationships. Typically, once you call us, you'll speak directly with attorney Brendan Flanagan about your case. If we both agree that our firm is a good fit, then we'll send over some documents to review and e-sign, and we'll get started. We prefer scheduling an in-office meeting, or zoom meeting to go over your case, but we understand that most people are busy, so we leave that decision for each client to make individually.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I chose to pursue a career in personal injury for one reason: to help others. The ultimate reward for me is helping people successfully navigate through a very difficult and confusing time. My whole career has been focused on helping people, specifically people injured by the negligence of others.
