I had my first personalinjury incident occur and at the time did not know what my options were until I spoke with Brendan Flanagan. He explained everything from the beginning and did not make me feel pressured about which direction I wanted to take. Brendan and his team were incredible, and communicated with me every step of the way. The moment we heard back from the claims adjuster Brendan called me and told me step by step what he suggested we do. He made me feel like we were a team and always asked for my opinion. While working on this together I also realized there is no other attorney who could have negotiated down to the penny the way Brendan did for me. In the end, I am very pleased with the results of my case. I can say with full confidence that having Brendan Flanagan as my attorney was the best decision for me and my family. I was in a terrible wreck 1 year before the pandemic. Meeting Brendan he was very personable. We spoke as if we had met before. Meeting attorneys can a bit intimidating. Not this guy, super chill yet professional. I was recommended to Brendan to take over my case. We dealt with crappy numbers from the insurance company for 4 years! Going back & forth I had become very frustrated with the process, but Brendan and his team reassured me the outcome would be worth it. He was absolutely right! I was blown away with my outcome. When it was times for trial he and his co council, Morgan did an AMAZING JOB! I can honestly say sitting there during trial he and his team took their time with to present my case. They put up a great fight for me. I’m happy that i hired Brendan because i don’t think anyone else would have fought the way he & Morgan fought for me. He knew what i deserved! There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have found this law firm. I found Brendan on a google search and I remember it was on a Saturday afternoon and i was thinking, no one is open now. However, as fate would have it, Brendan and his team ended up being the best firm for me. They were empathetic, diligent, and aggressive with the insurance company. I was able to get medical treatment, and feel at ease after enduring the stress that comes from an auto collision on my wedding day. As my case progressed, it became clear that we would have to file a lawsuit, because the insurance company was not offering to pay all of my medical bills. This was very discouraging, yet calming because Brendan was so confident in my case. At the same time, I became pregnant, so my focus was elsewhere. Brendan and his team filed a lawsuit for me, and ended up winning my case for all the available insurance coverage. This was such a tremendous sigh of relief, as I could devote all my focus and energy to my newborn and my husband. I cannot recommend this law firm enough - they are the best. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis. We don’t charge you anything upfront, and you pay nothing up front.
If we’re able to resolve your case, our fee and expenses are collected from the gross settlement proceeds (i.e. the insurance settlement check).
If we don’t win your case, then you pay nothing. Simple.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new clients, and developing new relationships.
Typically, once you call us, you'll speak directly with attorney Brendan Flanagan about your case. If we both agree that our firm is a good fit, then we'll send over some documents to review and e-sign, and we'll get started.
We prefer scheduling an in-office meeting, or zoom meeting to go over your case, but we understand that most people are busy, so we leave that decision for each client to make individually.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I chose to pursue a career in personal injury for one reason: to help others. The ultimate reward for me is helping people successfully navigate through a very difficult and confusing time.
My whole career has been focused on helping people, specifically people injured by the negligence of others.
