Growing up, I spent many summers on my grandparent's farm where I learned the value of hard work and the joy of cultivating the Earth. I delighted in watching them sprout and grow. My grandmother taught me how to prepare delicious meals with our ingredients. I owe my life and work ethic to those childhood memories, that have stayed with me and continue to inspire my love for cooking and cooking for others.
In 2003 I decided to move to London to pursue my career as a chef. Just a day before Christmas Eve I took a job at one of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants, where my passion for cooking has been a driving force, and got determined to continue growing as a chef.
My perspective on life and food also changed when I started to travel. I was fully immersed in the cuisine of the foreign countries. Eating everything from pizza in Napoli to Pad Thai in Bangkok.
In 2020 I decided to move to Atlanta. At the moment I am working at a fine dining restaurant, experiencing modern American cuisine with a touch of the Southern.
