- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send clients a simple questionnaire form via an app (typeform). Once complete, I reach out for a formal consultation. Based on the client's preferences, I create a custom experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught chef. However I use that term loosely because I have been studying food since the age of 5. I have worked under numerous chefs as a line cook and I have held every position available in a restaurant throughout my career at some point from busser to server to GM. I have been cooking in commercial kitchens since the age of 16. I also have a B.B.A in Hospitality Admin. & Management. I have a firm grasp on the food and business side of things.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur and I've always had an obsession with food. After taking a disenchanted detour from culinary school to college, I decided to finally pursue my dreams in 2013. I took a brief hiatus to reorganize my life and brand from 2013-2015. August 2015, I decided to relaunch my brand as FeedShine (formerly Foopla) and commit completely to making it a worldwide company.
