Overall a good experience! Owner/main point of contact was a pleasure and easy to work with. Was able to accommodate a last minute, day of booking due to another company cancelling our trip the morning of, so they scrambled to coordinate our trip with 2 hour notice. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the driver was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. Our group tends to rent party buses for events 2-3x per year, and while it was still a super fun day, dealing with him put a damper on it for not only myself, but the group in general. Ended up speaking directly with the owner and having him be the middle man so I could enjoy myself day and let him deal with the driver. Would still recommend though!

Review for Sky Limousine Service Beware of a classic bait-and-switch! My recent experience with Sky Limousine was a deeply disappointing. Despite confirming multiple times as well as that day that we would receive a professional party bus with specific amenities, what showed up was a poorly maintained, spray-painted Greyhound bus that looked nothing like what was advertised or agreed upon. Key Issues: 1. False Advertising: The vehicle provided was completely different from what was promised. It was unprofessional and embarrassing, especially since I had 20 guests expecting the high-quality service we paid for. The bus condition was terrible as seen in the attached pictures and no way close to the pictures of buses I had been provided. The bus had trash in it and dirty sink and holes in the flooring. 2. Missing Amenities: There was no ice, cooler, or cups on the bus, even though I confirmed these details multiple times, including on the day of the reservation. 3. Unauthorized Payment: I was told I could pay the remaining balance in cash, but instead, my card was charged for the full amount without my consent. 4. Lack of Accountability: After this disastrous experience, I was promised a callback from the owner to address the issues, but when I was finally called back with just filled with excuses. Excuses ranging with his health issues and ending with bus mechanical issues. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I was given a lousy $300 refund which took me reaching out no less than five times to find the status. This bait-and-switch operation turned what should have been a fun and memorable occasion into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and I will be sharing my experience with others to ensure no one else is subjected to this level of unprofessionalism. Proceed with caution.
