I absolutely HATE packing when I’m moving. Pretty Girls Who Pack made my move SO much easier. They packed everything just the way that I would if I had the time. I was able to work at home while they saved my life by organizing my life in boxes. Will definitely use them again if I need and will be referring to family/friends.

This is the WORST company Ever. When you hire a professional company to do your job you expect them not be fraudulent. I hired them for a flat rate for 1000$ and she promised to get the job done. She constantly had people backing out on her but I was patient with her. I gave her pictures of exactly what I wanted. She didn’t do anything else but the labor. That’s fine I then hired her for my closet and the morning of, one of her girls cancelled and instead of two I only had one girl. I called her and told her I want a refund since I got two girls and not one. She charged me 375$ and with NO work done because I didn’t want one girl instead of two, she’s refunding me 75$ ONLY instead of the 375. This is comical and unreal

We’re sorry that you were unpleased with the 16 + hours that was put into your janitor room. As stated via email and text communication, we agreed to a flat rate well below our average rate at 12 hours only. Not only did we add on organizers, we also added on multiple hours of labor at no cost to you. We have proof that you were not only pleased with the janitor room, but hired us a second time to complete another section of your home. More so, you yourself stated that you did not have enough supplies to finish this project within 12 hours. Considering you stated that would like to hire us to finish your entire home, this completely contradicts your false statements. We also provided services out of our scope such as assembly, large furniture moving, and worked in a space with reptiles putting our team at great risk. Unfortunately, our company does not work for free. We encourage to pay properly for your services and leave truthful review in the future!
