- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price different from your average moving company. We charge HOURLY with NO ADDITIONAL/HIDDEN FEES. Every move comes with COMPLIMENTARY assembly/disassembly… we DO NOT charge for stairs… and we DO NOT charge for travel/gas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers the option to talk on the phone with one of our representatives, or they can book online on our modern-day site. We have employees to monitor our website 24/7 because responsiveness is very important to us. After our customers book, they receive a confirmation e-mail confirming all the details of their order. Every move we conduct has a team captain that reaches our to ensure that the team comes fully prepared on move day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
80% of our employees have the moving experience of at least two years. Our services are guaranteed perfection, because there is nothing our team has not encountered yet. We do except new movers on our platform, but they have to undergo a training to certify before they start.
