I am a first time Thumbtack user and my experience was exceptional. I was moving from a different state to the Atlanta area and I hired LifeHaul Moving to unload my truck. First impression is everything, when I sent my service request on Thumbtack, you get timely responses from a few service providers. Their response was prompt but also tailor to my request and not just a standard or default response. Second impression was that they were willing to work around my schedule. We agreed upon a day and time. Third impression, this is probably the most important, communication. They listened to my request/vision and executed it to perfection. I made them aware this is a newly constructed home. I was concerned about the white walls, hardwood floors, and carpet being scruff or damaged. These gentlemen carried 70+ boxes up and downstairs and never touched a wall. We laid protection down on the carpet, they nicely placed everything on the carpet. Finally, they mention in their profile they assemble and disassemble items. After moving all these boxes they resemble my pool table. LifeHaul Moving is professional, committed, and will treat your items as if it was their own. I would definitely hire them again. I recommend you be clear and transparent about your project or service request, this way they can prepare accordingly. They are committed to getting the job done right and in a timely manner. They have my highest recommendation. I would definitely hire them again or recommend their service to others.

Cedric and his team did an outstanding job moving our furniture, washer and dryer, large boxes, and lawn equipment from two large PODS into our new home. All of his team members were courteous, professional, and most importantly very careful with all of our items, big and small. The worked nonstop until the job was complete. They completed the job in less time than expected and didn't charge us the additional hour we booked. We will hire them again as needed.

Our pricing includes free protective materials for your furniture to ensure everything stays in perfect condition. Basic assembly and TV unmounting are also included at no extra cost. We have a 2-hour minimum for all jobs. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees in our pricing structure.
