- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes free protective materials for your furniture to ensure everything stays in perfect condition. Basic assembly and TV unmounting are also included at no extra cost. We have a 2-hour minimum for all jobs. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees in our pricing structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and customer-focused. Once you reach out, we'll discuss the details of your project, including the type and quantity of furniture to be assembled. We'll then schedule a convenient time for the assembly. On the agreed-upon date, I'll arrive promptly, ready to efficiently bring your furniture to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our assembly technicians are highly trained with years of hands-on experience. We ensure our team is well-versed in assembling products from a wide variety of manufacturers. Additionally, we stay updated on the latest assembly techniques and safety standards to provide our customers with the best service possible.
