What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing ranges from $111/hr with a 2-Man crew to $177/hr with a 5-Man crew. Bedding Disassembly/Assembly is standard with all of our services. TV Mounting is an additional fee. All deposit are refundable at 100% up to the day prior to the scheduled move. All same-day bookings are non-refundable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At KINOS Luxury Moving, our typical process with a new customer would start with gathering the customer's information (address, contact information) following with gathering all of the moving and service details so that we provide the best price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees at KINOS Luxury Moving are required to have at least 2 years of moving experience along with proper training in securly moving and packing furniture.
