Safe home restoration is a wonderful company with an amazing owner. They did a fabulous job with restoring our home in Decatur, making sure that every issue was addressed and every detail tended to. Our experience with Safe home Restoration was nothing short of amazing! We had an unfortunate situation of a child leaving the water running with the stopper intact, which led to the sink overflowing into a hallway and an adjacent bedroom. We discovered the overflow around 8pm. We messaged a few companies the same night; Kason got back with us around 9pm that evening and confirmed he'd stop by to assess the damage first thing the next morning. We received 3 estimates from 3 different companies and Safe Home Restoration was by far the most valuable as well as informative. Kason thoroughly communicated the action plan and got our home dried in less than 5 days- as if nothing every happened. We will recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone experiencing emergency water damage. Thank you Kason !
