Located in the Atlanta area, offering individual counseling, premarital counseling, marriage and relationship counseling, and forgiveness coaching, I have 15 years of pastoral counseling, lay counseling and coaching experience. I help my clients work through challenges by deepening their awareness and giving them concrete tools. My goal is to help others improve quickly, rather than have them stay in therapy for years! I counsel and coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a career.
As a result, I'm always looking for ways to get to the core underlying issues and empower my clients with the skills they need to succeed. I especially enjoy helping individuals, couples and families work through challenging dynamics. In marriage and relationship counseling and coaching, I enable spouses to voice their thoughts and feelings to one another in a safe coached environment. I consider it a privilege to help people with some of the most personal parts of their lives. It always amazes me how after just a few sessions, I have been entrusted with information which my clients have not shared with their closest friends and family over the course of their entire lives.
