Do not use this service. They were the worst. Agreed on one price. Ordered one type of car. Has it confirmed then they changed it. Received once price then they raise the price adding the tip. The company you order isn’t the company that does the service. I had my daughter’s party, they made us stand outside we gave them more money. I paid $1350 for 4 and a half hours. We went to one place and back home and they won’t move until you pay. Contract says one dollar amount and then they charge you something else. The worst service I have ever received from a company. Stay away unless you want to spend a fortune for shit service all while getting ripped off.

It seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding the service provided and the payment for the extra hour.
Driver was there before time you told him to wait at gas station guests are not there he waits for you and you paid the balance payment when driver gets there we mentioned everything in your confirmation if you have any issues you can refuse to use the service and don't pay but you have no issues and you used the whole service and your drop off time was 8 PM you came back into limo around 8.25 PM from your stop location . the company typically requires payment for that additional time. We requested you to pay for extra hour service but you don't want to pay for extra hour you told us i don't want to pay for extra hour our driver already picked you up from stop location you denied to pay for extra hour which you was using . how is it possible that you will use extra hour and you dont want to pay no company works like this to give you extra hour for free . My driver was there before time you used the whole service driver drops you at your drop off location after that you expressed dissatisfaction, but it’s unclear what specific issues you encountered, especially since the driver was on time and you used the service as planned.
