- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rescheduling Policy: 24-Hour Notice: The Couple must provide at least 24 hours’ notice, prior to the scheduled session, to reschedule a session. Rescheduling Fee: Each session rescheduled within 24 hours of an appointment incurs a $40 fee. No-Shows: If the Couple fails to attend a scheduled session without providing the required 24-hour notice, the full session fee is charged. An option to reschedule with the credited payment amount is available after payment is received. Thumbtack will not issue a refund and neither will SheInspiringMe LLC.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check with your insurance provider but couples sessions are not usually covered by health insurance because it’s not deemed “medically necessary”. Relationship issues don’t meet the qualifications of “medically necessary”.
