FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All kitchens are different so pricing can vary. The condition of the cabinets, the level of oils and staining from years of use, the profile of the doors, etc. These are all variables that I need to take into account when quoting a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to understand what the client is looking to have painted and then to promptly give them an estimate. If they want to move forward, then I’ll answer all questions they have about the process and timeline and also help them make some decisions about colors if they need it. I work closely to whatever schedule or timeline they need. I work alone and am very flexible to my clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years of on the job experience and hundreds of kitchens completed. Not a single unsatisfied client!
