At 9:20 AM on Labor Day, I decided it was finally time to get rid of a chair-and-a-half that had been destroyed by movers who didn’t wrap it. So I jumped on Thumbtack, thinking I would be able to schedule a pickup later this week. At 10:15 AM on Labor Day, the chair was gone, thanks to Desmond and Fast Junk Removal LLC. Desmond responded immediately, was polite and professional, provided an ETA, met it, and moved a heavy bookcase for a nominal additional fee. I’m bookmarking this company; service was excellent and I’ll be using them again!
