We highly recommend the Rusty Toolbox and Mr. Cortez. Mr. Cortez installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in our basement media room and he did an EXCELLENT job. This was our first experience with LVP flooring and he was very patient and answered all of our questions about the flooring before he started the installation. He arrived on time and he was very professional. He pays attention to every detail to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your flooring at the end of the project. We LOVE our new floor and we will definitely use his service again!!

I had a utility room that could be used for storage, but the floor was not done. I wanted some flooring installed. Cortez responded quickly to my questions and inquiries. Really easy and great to work with. Responsive with any questions or issues that came up. The original flooring we picked was out of stock so Cortez sent pictures of new options and explained the pros and cons of each flooring with the corresponding price. Sent before and after pictures and clean up was great! Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future!
