- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are listed on my website and all services are a la carte. I have prices attached to each price quote for your review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an in depth consultation to review my client’s hair past, present and hopes for the future. We will take an honest look at what the hair can and can’t do with clear expectations. My client’s hair health is my main priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained a year in traditional beauty school in NC, which was ranked number one amongst neighboring states of the Triad area, and then 5 years at Festoon salon and Academy. Festoon had two salons and was ranked the number 1 salon for many years over in a row. Festoon sold the most product of any salon in the country. The salon furthered our education on a constant basis with new color trends, diva curly hair cutting courses, keratin complex treatments and award winning educators teaching most recent styles and new techniques to name a few. I have traveled all over the country learning from the best. I have worked on tv and film sets, photo shoot sets, fashion shows, weddings and large events.
