- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are rebates that are available through your local peer company - ask us if you qualify. There are federal tax credits available to make your house more energy efficient. As a result of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) you can get a 30% federal tax credit up to $1,200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Personalized on-site insulation evaluation. We want to understand what concerns or issues that you are experiencing. 2. YOU decide which insulation fits your needs & budget. We want to educate you so you are confident in your decision. 3. We schedule your service that aligns with your calendar/timeline. 4. Insulation service is completed! Now you can sit back and enjoy your savings and be more comfortable in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use our own employees to get the work done. We have high standards and we want to control the quality that we provide to our customers. Our entire team has to pass a background check prior to working for our company. The team is trained on the latest insulation methods and we have continuous education class throughout the year. We've also completed courses by the American Chemistry Council (ACC)'s Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI)'s Spray Polyurethane Foam Chemical Health and Safety Training
