- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As fellow homeowners, we hate haggling. We treat you the way we want to be treated - an upfront price with no "sign today" discounts. We offer senior, veterans, and seasonal discounts - ask your Foundation Repair Professional what we can do to help you get the best repair at the best price. Any service that is backed by a warranty also has our Money Back Guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are professional but flexible. We typically come out with an inspection 1-3 days after you contact us. We'd love to discuss the project with you in as much detail as possible while we meet, but there are no structured presentations that bore you for hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim founded the company in 1999 and since then we've repaired over 20,000 homes in Georgia. We work with multiple Structural Engineers to provide oversight and advice to our foundation projects. All products we use for structural repairs are engineer rated, tested, and approved for that specific application.
