Showed up on time. Did a good job dealing with the smell of carpets. The stains were too deep to remove but that wasn't our expectation. Will be using this service again to clean the apartment we are leaving. Have recommended to friends!

I wish I could mark more than three options because value and punctuality are definitely TAIRO’s strings as well. And of course friendliness. Dealing with very old apartment with limited number of sockets, he quickly found solution having all necessary tools. My carpet was professionally cleaned three years ago (I know it’s ashamed). I don’t know how to thanks enough for detailed and well done job. So happy I found TAIRO’s Carpet Cleaning company. I will definitely continue to use his service (and, yes more often than once in a three years 😊) and highly recommend this company for others.

My carpet had not been cleaned since I moved into my unit which was almost two years ago. There were stains in the high traffic areas and a few pet stains. Tairo was able to clean these spots and make the whole experience seamless. I wish I had before and after pictures. Overall Tairo did a really good job.
